About this course
ASHI Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) is built for teenagers and young adults - typically 11 and up - who babysit or want to. It covers the practical side of the job alongside safety and basic care.
Topics include supervision, childproofing, feeding and hygiene, age-appropriate activities and handling behaviour, plus recognising and responding to a sick or injured child. CPR/AED and Basic First Aid certification is recommended alongside it, not required.
