About this course
ASHI Emergency Oxygen Administration is a short, focused course on administering emergency oxygen to breathing and non-breathing casualties - for first responders, first aiders and workplace teams whose scope of practice includes supplemental oxygen, including dive operations, remote sites, sports and event medicine.
It covers oxygen delivery systems, pulse oximetry, safe handling of cylinders and equipment, and the hazards to manage around an oxygen source. A current CPR or CPR and first aid certification is required to enrol.
