Echelon Medical Solutions was founded by two UK clinicians to provide properly governed medical training, equipment and personnel across the Gulf.
One clinical team across four services.
The same clinical team oversees training, consultancy, equipment and medical staffing. Work is based on an assessed need and checked against relevant UK, international and MENA standards.
Founded and led by working clinicians
Echelon is directed by UK-trained prehospital professionals with military and NHS backgrounds who remain operationally current. Their profiles, credentials and awards are on the team page.
Evidence over marketing
We are an approved ASHI training centre and deliver Qualsafe Awards qualifications in partnership with Aceso Group. Every claim on this site is one we can evidence.

The clinicians who teach our courses also specify equipment, write medical plans and support operational assignments.
