About this course
A course on the command, triage and coordination side of a mass-casualty incident - for team leaders, event medical managers, site medical officers and supervisors who would run the medical response until it is handed over.
It is decision-focused: how to triage quickly and defensibly, how to set up casualty flow, and how to keep a scene organised while it is still chaotic.
