About this course

Mental Health First Aid trains people to spot the early signs of a mental health problem in a colleague, offer help and guide them towards support - the mental-health equivalent of a physical first aider.

It is not therapy training. It builds the confidence to start a difficult conversation, listen without judgement, and know what local support looks like.
