The FREC 4 Response Bag is designed for use by those trained in the First Response Emergency Care (FREC) Level 4 qualification. FREC 4 is an advanced pre-hospital care qualification that prepares responders to provide high-quality emergency medical care in a range of settings. This bag includes all the same items as the FREC 3 Response Bag, plus additional clinical extras to support the expanded scope of FREC 4 practice.
